No. PCB/541/2023-24 (Pt): Applications are invited in the prescribed format through sponsorship of the concerned Employment Exchange, Government of Manipur for engagements to the following contractual staff in Manipur Pollution Control Board for operation of Manual Ambient Air Quality Monitoring stations initially for a period of 1(one) year:

Essential Educational Qualification for Scientific Assistant/ Supervisor:
Bachelor's Degree in Science or Equivalent
Essential Educational Qualification for Field Assistant:
Intermediate (with Science Subjects)
Age:
All the candidates shall not be less than 18 (eighteen) years of age and not more than 38 (thirty eight) years of age as on 1st May, 2026. The upper age limit is relaxable up to 3 (three) years for OBC category and 5 (five) years for SC and ST categories, and 10 (ten) years for PWD and other eligible category, if any as per existing relevant rules.
Eligibility Conditions:
- The candidate shall be a citizen of India
- The candidate shall be able to speak Manipuri or any of the notified Scheduled Tribe dialects of Manipur
- The candidate shall be a permanent resident of Manipur
The engagement is purely temporary and the Board reserves the right to terminate the engagement without prior notice.
Candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 500/- for UR category, Rs 400/- for OBC category and Rs 300 for SC and ST categories at the time of online application. No fee is payable for PWD. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The application shall be submitted online by the candidates at www.manipurpollution.org w.e.f., 6th June, 2026 till 5.30 pm of 10th June, 2026 with the sponsor details of the concerned employment exchange office.
Procedure:

- On selecting Category you will be shown a Payment QR Code, Scan and Pay and then upload the screenshot in the 'Payment Screenshot' column.
- Continue filling the rest of the form, upload documents wherever applicable.
- You will be provided with a preview of what you have entered. If you want to modify then click 'Modify Data' else click 'Confirm'
- After the final submission, you will receive a verification email. Please check your email and click the link to verify and download your Application Form.
